For Event Services:  Please include the type of event, event date, time frame you would need music, address or name of venue, type of ensemble you are interested in booking, and approximate number of guests attending your event.

For Lessons:  Please include info about any previous music experience, age (if lessons are for a minor), and availability/schedule for the current season or semester.
